
Ross played in the Omega European Masters at the stunning alpine course of Crans-sur-Sierre in Crans-Montana, Switzerland, where he finished in a tie for 44th.
He put together rounds of 68, 73, 69 and 72 leaving him on a four round total of 282, two under par. Spain's Miguel Angel Jimenez won the title on twenty one under par with Ryder Cup wild card Edoardo Molinari finishing second.
Ross now takes a four week break before his assault on the final part of the season and will be in action next at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship beginning on 7th October.
